moodswing like crazy

i dont know why lately my moodswing is getting worse.
most of my time alone, i cry.
when no one's around, my tears just can't stop falling down, for no clear reason.
i really don't understand myself.

    But, why don't we try to be spirit eventhough we don't have the clear reason like why we crying most of our time alone? :)
